Empowering high-potential associates with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to grow into the next generation of Chartwells K12 leaders.

We believe our people are our greatest strength, and investing in their growth is key to shaping the future of our business. This spring, we’re proud to celebrate 45 outstanding associates who completed our Hourly High Potential (Hi-Po) Program.

Designed to support high-performing hourly associates, the Hi-Po Program equips participants with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to take the next step in their careers. Through this program, associates deepen their understanding of our business while exploring pathways into foodservice management and leadership roles.

Over the 10-week program, participants engaged in immersive learning experiences across five core areas: culinary, human resources, marketing, nutrition, and safety. These sessions, led by our leaders and subject-matter experts, provided practical insights and real-world perspectives to help associates broaden their skill sets and envision their future with Chartwells.

Beyond skill-building, the program fosters connection, mentorship, and a stronger sense of purpose. Each graduate leaves with not only new knowledge but also a clearer vision of their career potential and the impact they can make in their communities.
